Music can be used to heal and create harmony.  The next time you choose to listen to a music selection, place your attention on the sensations in the body, the images that surface in the mind, and the emotions that arise, while being aware of its inspirational divine nature.

When you are finished listening, ask yourself these 3 questions.


  1. How do you feel, on every level, having absorbed these vibrations and rhythms?
  2. Did you choose to listen at that moment to avoid feeling something uncomfortable or to promote pleasure?
  3. Was this particular piece of music nourishing to your soul or just a distraction?
