In the Higher Vibration is Key blog post last month, I shared the characteristics of low and higher spiritual vibration people. It is possible to raise your vibration instantly and maintain it.
Choose one or two of the suggestions below and practice them for 5-10 minutes a day. Then keep adding another until you are able to practice all of them on a daily basis. Which ones would you like to practice first?
1. Smile / Laugh. This is the quickest way to raise your frequency and reduce your stress level. If you cannot find anything to laugh about because you are in a bad mood or just don’t feel like it, then pretend, or as it has been said, “fake it till you make it”. The bonus is you also boost your immune system.
2. Be Mindful. Being in the present moment with what you see, hear, taste, smell and touch raises your conscious awareness of life thereby raising your vibration.
3. Be Grateful. Appreciate what you have in life remembering the little things you may take for granted.
4. Random Acts of Kindness. Do something nice for someone else. Shed light on their day without expecting anything in return. Adopt a “pay it forward” heart.
5. Open to Love and being loved. This higher energy vibration is available to all who wish to receive.
6. Forgive yourself and others. Holding on to hurts and disappointments is draining and can result in resentments, which is a fast track to lowering your vibration.
7. Play, Dance, and Sing like no one is watching. Play games that make you laugh or act like a child. Let go and dance up a storm even if it’s in the privacy of your home. Using your full voice, sing upbeat songs or happy songs from childhood. Have fun!
